1. Using the cookie cutter make enough bread hearts for the people you are planning to feed. Then cut the same amount of cheese.

2. Place the bread heart shapes on a baking sheet then place the cheese on the bread.

3. If you like you could sprinkle the paprika on top for a redish color.

4. Cook in the oven or under the grill for at least 3 minutes or until melted. Take them out and serve while hot.
